Our goal at Glitz Nail Strips is to bring you the best wraps at the best price. We are located and ship out of the USA to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Typically, orders take 1-10 business days to arrive in the USA (longer for International orders), depending on the method of shipping you paid for at checkout. Free shipping option with orders $35 and over in the USA, will ship ground and will take approximately 3-10 business days to arrive. Please do not panic if your order does not show up immediately, please know that it is on its way. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We collect sales tax. At this time we ship within the USA, Canada, Mexico, & Australia.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates are based on carrier rates, and are calculated at checkout. Please choose your preferred method at checkout.
USA orders over $35 will ship free*! (*USA only. Order must total $35 after discounts are taken out. Sales tax charges do not apply towards the $35 total threshold. Please be sure to choose the Free Shipping option from the drop down menu during checkout so that the shipping total comes to $0.)
When will my order arrive?
USA customers can expect their orders to arrive within 3-10 business days after they are shipped. This does not include processing time to leave the warehouse. Processing time in the warehouse is approximately 2-3 business days. Please be patient and expect higher processing and wait times during high volume ordering holidays. Please note- our business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm PST, and we do not ship orders on weekends.
International customers can expect longer ship times, due to customs. Please be advised that International customers may incur customs fees/and or VAT charges. It is the customers responsibility to pay these. Glitz Nail Strips is in no way responsible for these costs, nor do we have knowledge regarding the exact said amounts. Thank you for your understanding.
In the unlikely event that your order hasn't arrived after 15 business days (USA only- International customers will need to wait 30 days), please contact us and we will issue a full refund or resend your order. Refunds & returns will not be processed after 60 days.
Can I have a tracking number?
Yes! It will be e-mailed to you at the e-mail address you provided during the checkout process. As soon as we ship the item, we will send you tracking information.
Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
This is either because your confirmation e-mails are going to your spam folder, or because you have accidentally entered your email incorrectly. Throughout the process we send out multiple emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice.
If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us at email@example.com and we will fix it for you!

We ship in the USA, Canada, Mexico & Australia.
Can I stack promo/discount codes?
Promotional offers cannot be combined. Only one promo/discount code can be used at checkout. This also applies to our Nail Design Of The Week Promo and Try Your First Set Free Promo. Our 10% bundle discount requires a minimum order of $7.50 before taxes and shipping. Thanks for understanding!
How do I get the Bundle 3 & save 10% off deal?
Add 3 or more items to your cart & enter code BUNDLE at checkout. The discount will then be applied for you. This promo is not valid on sale items and requires a minimum order of $7.50 before taxes and shipping.
Are your wraps cruelty-free?
Yes! Our products are not tested on animals.

What is your refund policy?
We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and for you to be happy with your purchases. In the event you are not, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make it right for you.
For any approved return, we will refund you the cost of all items, but not the cost of shipping and handling. Our Free Shipping option in the USA is still subject to these terms.

How do I set up a return or exchange?

What if my item is damaged?
If any product you receive is damaged or faulty through no fault of your own, it will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Please let our Customer Service team know within 48 hours of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get started on the return or refund process.
Order Shows as Delivered But I Have Not Received. Where Is My Order?
Please double check your address on your Order Confirmation email to be sure your address is 100% accurate. Sometimes packages are scanned before they are actually delivered to you, please be patient.
We also highly recommend checking with your neighbors to see if your package was accidentally delivered to the wrong place/ apartment number, etc.
If a package tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, this is considered a lost or stolen package. Once delivered, we are not responsible for lost and stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen please contact the package carrier with your tracking number. Please contact us at email@example.com if you need to locate your tracking information.
Why wasn't my package forwarded?
All orders are sent to the address that is entered at check out. If your package is unable to be forwarded, you must contact USPS for more information. We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to a forwarding in place. You can always update your address by logging into your account at anytime.
Can You Give Me Info On Your Loyalty Rewards Program?
Here at Glitz Nail Strips, we have created our loyalty program with exciting and exclusive rewards to say 'thank you' to our amazing customers.
Earn 1 Point for every $1 you spend online. You can also earn additional points for certain activities and new customer referrals (you can find these activities and your referral code listed in your loyalty rewards program account upon successful account creation and login).
- Once you earn 500 loyalty points via activities and purchases, you can redeem them for a $5 off coupon to use on purchases ($5 subtotal, pre-tax, if applicable).
How Do I Join Your Rewards Program?
First create a customer account with Glitz Nail Strips here. Then, click on the "Earn Nail Rewards" black bar/widget on our website, and sign up for the rewards program with the same e-mail you used to create a customer account. Terms and Conditions of our rewards program can be found here.
How do I earn loyalty points?
Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend online. Each time you spend you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. Use your loyalty points to claim the rewards that you want. You will also earn points for activities and referrals. Once you earn 500 loyalty points via activities and purchases, you can redeem them for a $5 off coupon to use on purchases ($5 subtotal, pre-tax, if applicable. Not valid to use on sale items).
How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?
Each time you shop online, you will receive our loyalty program email with your updated loyalty points balance. From our email click into your customer portal, here you can claim rewards. You can also log in from our website by clicking on our rewards widget.
How do I use my rewards?
When you've unlock a reward, you will receive a unique reward coupon. You can redeem your reward coupon on our payment page during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click Apply (only one coupon code per order).
